Can we receive an invoice with VAT?As a small business according to § 19 UStG, I don’t show VAT. Prices are final prices.
We're a small team of 8 people. Can we book a wine experience?Of course, up to 10 people the base price of the respective tour applies. Groups of 10 to 20 people are optimal, maximum 30 participants.
What happens in bad weather?The event generally takes place. I recommend announcing weather-resistant clothing – most teams appreciate the nature experience even in light rain. In case of severe weather warnings and harsh conditions, we’ll discuss again.
Do we need to bring our own food?The wine tasting with included snacks is the core of the experience. I’m happy to give tips for dining after our tour - from rustic Palatinate to upscale, everything is possible in Kallstadt.
Are there team challenges or games during the tour?Upon request, I integrate playful elements such as quiz, puzzles or tasks.
How accessible is the route?The standard route has approx. 120 meters elevation gain, mostly paved paths. For people with limited mobility, we’ll find individual solutions. Otherwise the route is suitable for all fitness levels. The route can also be adjusted and is then almost flat.

We joined Dominique on a wine walk with all our colleagues. It was wonderful to meet colleagues outside of the everyday office routine in such a relaxed atmosphere, beyond the usual madness, and get to know them better.
I also enjoyed the relaxed exchange with colleagues from other teams, whom I otherwise only see briefly.
