This small retreat sharpens awareness of nature, enhances the perception of the here and now and boosts enjoyment in everyday life with simple impulses and suggestions. With a keen eye, we become open to the small and large wonders along the way – enjoying the vast view over the Rhein Valley, towards the Palatinate Forest and sometimes focusing on stones, moss, vine leaves, grapes and whatever else appears. In the mindful wine and nature tour, we also take a meditative wine journey, tasting a wine intensively with all our senses.
